champcardon Posted January 30, 2010 Report Share Posted January 30, 2010 Announced by Silence and The Federation: Preamble In recognition of the friendship kindled whilst members of Nexus, The Federation and Silence hereby agree to the following terms. Article I: Intelligence sharing Signitories will share any intelligence that is relevant to the other. Article II: Non-chaining Defence An attack on one signatory is considered an attack on the other, and will be met with the combined might of both signatories. This section will be rendered optional if either party is brought to war by way of outside treaty. Article III: Optional Aggression Signatories may request the assistance of the other signatory with any aggressive military action taken. Providing a good reason for the request is given, the signatory is expected to fulfil the request, but not obligated to do so. Article IV: Cancellation This treaty can be cancelled at any time, after which the terms of this agreement will remain in effect for a period of 48 hours.
