Absence of the military strongman who conquered conquered Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Belgium, Bosnia , Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Marino, Moldova, Montenegro, Macedonia, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slavorussia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Switzerland for a self-proclaimed "Martencist" german-esque-ish empire across Europe is certainly something worth celebrating. Per the unofficial treaty between the two nations, all tickets to Bear Islands from Madagascar will be subsidized to reduce costs by 50%. The government is also fairly confident that at least one town is completely devoid of people, all having left to participate in the festivities.
