Two updates in one day

What if TE went to an update every 12 hours? This could make each round go much quicker and might bring more people to TE.

The rebuttal to this could be that most people won't be on for each update considering if someone sleeps for 8 hours they have a pretty good chance to miss the update.

Very general, so details can be made.

Maybe the mid-day update can be a half-update of sorts? For wars, you can attack both updates but you can only collect on the main update or the other way around.

And better for us Yanks too! Theres just something about having to be up until 1am for all those wars that is rather disagreeable. So I would support this, or any other measure that would either add more updates, change the update time, or allow us to set our own updates. Whatever Admin decides, I just hope it's something that leaves me room to sleep
