(citing my mentioning of 'CN'). Today the Head Gameplay Mod ruled that 'CN' is not OOC ([url="http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=99430&st=0&p=2652851&#entry2652851"]link here[/url]). I'm looking for clarification here as to which it is, because of the discrepancy. I'm assuming, based on the latter being a Head Mod, that his/her ruling is the definitive one. Thank you.
