Caspian Foreign Office Message to World Arms Manufacturers/Countries
The Caspian Clique, while maintaining a high-quality level of arms manufacturing of its own, is looking abroad for some specific weapons that could bring a significant contract to manufacturers in another country. We hope that the response from the world community will bring out some of the best in the business, as we know there are talented manufacturers that the Caspian Military would like to work with in the future.

The Caspian Military is currently looking for the following weapons systems;

Armored Personnel Carriers - These landsystems must be graded to give protection against NBC threats, as well as carry up to eight soldiers and their combat gear. We are looking for a multiple variation vehicle, eight- or six-wheeled variants are preferable, with the ability for modularity to allow a variety of combat applications, from actual combat support to command vehicles, to medevac units. This vehicle must also have non-reactive armor, along with cage armor systems to protect against rocket-propelled grenade-like missiles. The vehicles must have adequate performance in desert as well as cold weather conditions, and equipped with appropriate heating and cooling systems. Cost is not an issue, we are desiring about five-hundred of these vehicles.

Heavy Mortars - These artillery systems must be above the size of 100mm, and give a serviceable range of at least two miles, being able to fire any type of shell at this distance. The Caspian Military is looking for about two-hundred and fifty of these weapons. Cost is not an issue.

Side Arms - The Caspian Military is seeking to replace its standard side arms with a lighter weapon, preferably capable of firing standard 9mmx19mm Parabellum ammunition. This weapon must pass an endurance test in both extreme heat and cold conditions, and must pass an environment test, capable of being submerged in mud for at least fifteen seconds, picked up, and fired as is, without jamming. Standard magazine would preferably allow for at least twelve to fifteen shots, but more is also acceptable. The Caspian Military is looking for a major contract for this weapon, and continuous manufacture, cost is, again, not an issue.
We hope to hear from the worlds' best, thank you for your time.
The Cochin Chamber of Commerce bids to supply Caspian Clique with the BTR99 Armored Personnel Carrier which is the mainstay of the Royal Cochin Army. The modular design of the BTR99 could be illustrated to Caspian Clique using live testing if so desired. The passive and reactive armor requirements and the active defense systems as specified are integrated into the stock models and upgraded custom models are also available for specific operational requirements. With an extended history of stable operations in terrains as varying as the Kyrghyztan, Xinjiang, Mongolia, Thar and Antarctica BTR99 is ideally suited for the terrain requirements specified.

Cochin Chamber of Commerce also quotes to supply CSMM100 Heavy mortars currently employed by the Border Guards of Royal Cochin Defense Forces. This heavy mortar is vehicle mountable as well as crew portable, within reason.

The Caspian Clique requests information from the Kingdom on the armament systems available for this vehicle at the moment. We are looking to buy a command vehicle version, possibly, for our mechanized forces.

For your mortar issue, Marscurian Military Works will supply you with the M3 Heavy Mortar. This has a caliber of 120 mm, and is able to fire a sustained 10 rounds per minute at a range of 6,600 yards.

The Caspian Army requests the purchase of one-hundred and fifty of these mortars, what is the price on the individual unit?

The Caspian Army requests the purchase of two hundred mortar systems from the UFE, what would the price be on the individual units plus software?

As for the purchase of APCs, we would like to purchase four-hundred and fifty of these vehicles, fifty of these units would mount a 100mm gun, three-hundred and fifty would be equipped with the standard 30mm Gun Turret, plus guided missile attachments.

We would like an additional fifty to be of the medevac configuration, but with modularity to allow for them to be used as command and control vehicles if possible. These would include mounts for the CMGH-8 Standard Caspian Heavy Machinegun. Would such a configuration/modularity option be available as such?

The Caspian Clique would also like to reiterate that it has still not gotten offers to supply a 9mm Pistol, which would award the winning contract at least three years, with the possibility of further continuance.

What is the price per unit of these mortar systems, and I assume by their designation that they are 100mm Mortars?

Has this weapon seen combat in any conflicts, and if so, what was their environments? How has the weapon held up to poor weather/ground conditions and operating in these conditions?
The cost of an M3 Mortar is $18,500.

Rather steep for an individual unit...

While you would normally be right, the units will pay for themselves in a very short period of time. With a sustained rate of fire of 10 rounds each minute, the M3 mortar is more effective on the battlefield than many other mortars of lower prices. The weapon itself is also much more rugged and durable, and is guaranteed to need less maintenance than most other systems on the market. The system also has ingenious engineering qualities that allow for fast and easy set-ups and take-downs, which are necessary in today's mobile battlefield. All of these amazing qualities come together to make the MMW M3 Heavy Mortar the superior choice. Remember, you can't put a price on victory.

The P229 has seen use in the jungles of the philippine islands, the eastern Sahara Desert and many climates in between. We've also conducted successful testing in sub-freezing temperatures, however we advise against use in sub -20 ºC temperatures or when a layer of ice is visible on the exterior of the weapon.

The contract for the software is 18 million bancors including the installation of UFE anti-piracy and anti-cyberwarfare systems to prevent foreign entities from stealing the software from your servers. The weapon systems themselves are 55, 000 per unit along with 18, 000 for the GPS guided shell , 10, 000 for laser shells. Accompanying VTOL micro UAVs for added precision and target visualization are 110, 000.

Be advised we also have armored Non-Line of Site Vehicles with 120 mm mortars for 1.8 million bancors a piece, with a 200, 000 optional charge for ordinance disposal and defensive units.

The configurations for the MK-28s is not a problem and we'll begin producing them right away.
