Well, I'll keep it short and sweet. Yes, I have read the stickys.

Another student in my dorm started playing Cybernations. (I didn't even attempt to claim the referral bonus.) However, I sent him three million in aid yesterday and it went through smoothly. We should be on different networks or at least ip addresses from the different computers. However, today I logged in to see it had been canceled same network. I've played CN for quite a while on one nation and never had to deal with such an issue. If I cannot aid him that is fine, but don't wish to be deleted over something so silly and trivial.

The rule is one nation per IP/network.

However, we realize that that's not always feasible on a college campus. Many players play from campuses without issues. If you know someone else from your campus is playing, you should stick to the rules relating to nation sitting which state that once two nations have logged in on the same network, they can't aid, trade, or war with each other again. You will probably be fine as long as you don't intentionally interact with each other.
