Allowing a TE player to log in from SE IP (that WAS used for TE)

A friend of mine ("Mr. Abe") has an Internet problem that prevents him to access his SE and TE nation (he has both).

Another friend ("Mr. Bud"), which has a SE nation and [i]had[/i] a TE nation some time ago - [i]but not now[/i] - would allow Abe to access Abe's existing TE nation (Abe's TE nation only. [i]not[/i] Abe's SE nation) from his network.

Bud doesn't intend to create any more TE nation as he found out that he isn't really interested in TE.

[b]Question 1[/b]: Would this cause any trouble?

[b]Question 2[/b]: What if Bud will create another TE nation in the future, when Abe's current TE nation will be deleted (e.g. in some other next round). Would that cause any trouble?
