1st. If you get deleted for multies do you only get a warning on your first offense?

2nd. How do you check if you have a warning?

3rd. Do warns automatically disappear after a certain amount of time?

@#1 - I believe the first is a warning, but I could be wrong.
@#2 - It's just below your alliance name in your sidebar as "Warn Status."
@#3 - No, you have to appeal them.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Receiving a warn and being deleted are mutually exclusive; you won't see both happen for a particular offense. In the case of multis, you will be deleted rather than warned.

In-game warns will be automatically removed after 90 days. Forum warns have to be appealed to be removed.
