Need 1 Buyer & 3 Sellers for Alliance Deals

i am working to set up tech deals for some of the members of my alliance, the Parrots of the Pirate Order.

we currently need 1 Buyer, and 2 Sellers for a repeating 3x3 deal, rate of 3mill/100tech. buyers and sellers for this 3x3 deal must be reliable, and must be able to be active on the day of every deal so the overall deal doesnt get behind:

I'll be one of the sellers, oops sorry didn't get the part where you have to be in the same alliance, but could I still do it?

just to clarify, these deals are not just for my alliance, i am setting them up on behalf of members of my alliance. anyone is free to join.
