"It has come to the attention of the Imperial Japanese Government that communications in the Imperial Republic have recently gone silent. Upon sending in a reconnaissance team to assess the situation and determine if anarchy was existent in the state. Upon returning from their survey, reports showed that there were no signs of government control and that the civilians were essentially in survival mode. Due to this, the Greater Japanese Empire hereby re-affirms it's control over the Imperial Republic.

A regiment of the Japanese Imperial Army, along with volunteers from hospitals within the nation will be moving into the region to secure order and distribute medical supplies, rations, and other necessary survival tools. Official re-incorporation will occur once the status of the territory is back to normal"
