PRSEC-FB friendship treaty

"Following the conference in the capital of PRSEC, both nations have announced this treaty to increase foreign relations." The treaty follows:

[quote]Peoples Republic of Southeastern China -The Federation of Baskan Friendship Treaty

The undersigned nations, the Peoples Republic of Southeastern China and The Federation Of Baskan, do hereby enter into a pact of non-aggression.

Article I. Non-Aggression

Baskan and PRSEC hereby agree to non-aggression. Neither nation shall engage or assist in acts of war against the other, be they covert or military.

Article II. Free Trade

Baskan and PRSEC agree to remove all tariffs on trade between their nations.

Article III. Connectivity

The signatories agree to develop a Rail/Road network between their countries to facilitate better trade and cultural relations

Article IV. Defense Clause

The signatories agree to review and upgrade the treaty into a Mutual Defense Pact at a time in future with mutual consent.

Article V. Cancellation

Should either nation find that this treaty no longer fits their relationship, they may cancel at any time, provided they give 48 hours advance notice to the other signatory.
