Was just looking over the biggest non-neutral alliances that aren't in Round 2 this thing. I stopped at one million, rounding is all very crude, as are the notes included to myself. Correct it as needed.

As of Sunday Afternoon.

19) United Purple Nations, 5.5 Million (Entered Round 1 against SF)
35) The Grand Lodge Of Freemasons, 3.6 Million (Entered Round 1 against tR & Int)
58) United Commonwealth Of Nations, 2.1 Million (Just peaced against The Immortals)
60) Wolfpack, 2.2 Million
61) The Phoenix Federation, 2.1 Million (Just peaced against The Immortals)
65) Ubercon, 2.1 Million
70) \m/, 1.8 Million (Peace ended round 1)
71) Agw Overlords, 1.9 Million
72) Carpe Diem, 1.8 Million (Fought Fark et al)
78) United Sovereign Nations, 1.4 Million (Fought Stickmen)
85) Green Old Party, 1.4 Million
90) R.O.C.K., 1.5 Million
92) FCC, 1.5 Million
99) Rubber Ducky Division, 1.3 Million
100) HYDRA, 1.2 Million (Entered Round 1 against LUD & TOH)
101) The Immortals, 1.2 Million (Peaced against TPF)
102) The Centurion Brotherhood, 1.2 Million
103) The Sasori Initiative, 1.2 Million
104) The German Empire, 1.1 Million
109) Ascended Republic Of Elite States, 1.0 Million (Peaced with Loss & Nemesis)
110) Libertarian Socialist Federation, 1.1 Million
118) Coalition Of Royal Allied Powers, 1.0 Million
119) Knights Of Ni!, 1.0 Million

That's only about 39 Million NS together by the way.

I personnaly challenge them all and their 39 million NS!

It's a lot until you consider the amount of NS currently engaged in this conflict and that's the majority of what's left out there. The main point being if they all happened to join the same side it wouldn't cover the spread, which was the reason people had been paying attention to this sort of stat. If the war is going to even up it's going to be through a method other than new entrances.
