I entered the maximum number of tanks and soldiers that I could deploy without anarchy, and hit the submit button. When I went to attack, I had no troops or tanks deployed. I had previously had a number of tanks and troops deployed. This happened at maybe 12:10 AM server time. Another person in my alliance, gosh175, also experienced this problem, deployed soldiers and tanks, but when he went to attack he had none deployed.
