JEDCJT
OOC: The White House in Washington City isn't the President's residence anymore. It's a museum. What you're referring to is the Executive Mansion in Boston. It's where the President lives. IC: The New England Embassy in Richmond received the telegraph from the Old Dominion government and promptly transmitted it to the Department of State, which then transmitted it to the Executive Mansion in Boston. When the letter arrived at President Lyndon Johnson's desk, the President picked it up and opened it. Upon reading it, Johnson composed a response: To whom it may concern, I would be interested into meeting with representatives of the Old Dominion regarding economic and foreign affairs. I will personally attend. With regards, Lyndon Baines Johnson, President of New England The telegraph was folded and placed in an envelope and handed over to an aide. It was then sent to the Old Dominion Embassy in Boston.
AironthFlamewing
"The telegram was read and the reply made the aides and Ambassador smile broadly, another telegram was sent to the President with the reply that the meeting would be held in the House of Burgesses in Virginia Beach, security detail should be provided by the visiting nation." OOC: set up the meeting here and do not forget your powdered wig, they are required for entrance into the Chambers of the House Edited December 7, 2009 by graniteknight
JEDCJT
The President, upon receiving another telegram, composed another response, stating that he understood of the meeting place and reiterated that he will personally attend. A while later, Air Force One lifted off a runaway of a base somewhere in Boston and headed in the direction of the Old Dominion. Hours later, Air Force One began its descent over Richmond, the capital of the Old Dominion, at Richmond's airport. When Air Force One arrived on the runway with a soft 'plop' and ground to a slow and steady halt, the door opened and a stairway was placed in front of it. A figure stepped out and began descending the stairway. President Johnson smiled as he took in the surroundings and went on to greet Old Dominion officials. He had a powdered wig with him. AironthFlamewing
Lord Alexandre Zokol smiled and met the President on the tarmac as he was exiting his plane, ushering the man towards the waiting limousine and when both men had entered, the limousine was sent off towards Virginia Beach. AironthFlamewing
A matter we wish to discuss with you sir, Zokol began is this "The States of Maryland, Delaware PA and Connecticut, in the case of the collapse of the Republic of New England, shall revert to the control and sovereignty of Old Dominion, starting immediately. All proper military forces in the region shall report to and obey the Government of Old Dominion in the event Operation Integrity is activated. We hope this measure is agreed upon, this is one of the many issues we wish to discuss with you.

JEDCJT
Lord Alexandre Zokol smiled and met the President on the tarmac as he was exiting his plane, ushering the man towards the waiting limousine and when both men had entered, the limousine was sent off towards Virginia Beach. The President smiled and greeted Lord Alexandre Zokol as he accompanied the Old Dominion official at a waiting limousine. Interestingly, the limousine went in the direction of Virginia Beach. Upon arriving at Virginia Beach, President Johnson listened to Zokol's proposal and was handed a draft of the proposal. He looked at it with a perplexed expression on his face. "Uh, what do you mean by that? New England isn't going to collapse any time soon. If anything else, it wasn't meant to be leaked out the way it did. After all, it was a classified security document." He said. "What other issues do you wish to discuss, sir?"

Another issue we have to discuss is in-regards to a lack of foreign investment and otherwise major industry in our Land, Do You Understand? Have fun with that. Your use of caps lock with your "GET OUT" just reinforced my argument anyways, so thanks for that.
