Later when I checked on the aid if he had accepted it or not, I found this description: http://s122.photobucket.com/albums/o243/an...D.jpg" I have sent this nation aid before, and now the second time the aid was blocked because we are "on the same network". The thing is... we're not... I do not even know this person in real life, and he's not even in the same country as I am. I messaged one of the gameplay mods about 6 days ago about this, and I didn't get a reply so now I am posting this here. If someone could take a look at this for me please, I would appreciate it. If it was the same as yours, then the ISP probably recycles IP addresses.
