It had been over a year since the Hanseatic establishment of the new Commonwealth, but it had almost been two years since the Aginorian government had made any such attempt to address itself to the world. Valeria knew that since the fall of the Tintagylian Regime, the Aginorians had done their fair share of attempting to destroy the Tintagylian legacy, nearly more so that the New Anglicans and Queenslanders had done, but lo and behold both of those states had failed as well. Hannah had been right, those that opposed the Hanseatic state always got what was coming to them, whether it was in the present, the future, or perhaps even in the next life. Valeria turned to Andrew who was his usual nervous self, ringing his hands over and over each other. "Did we get our orders from Apophis yet?" The Colonel sighed. "Lady Asgeirsson said as soon as we're ready to take back our people from the treasonous government of Aginor that we should proceed." The Commander smiled. "Well then, there's no reason to wait is there Andrew." She reached down to her holster and taking out her pistol fired one shot into the air. On that command, one hundred fifty thousand troops of the first Hansesatic army and detachments of the second army's third corp, as well as five hundred Lillian Guards began the trek into Aginor to continue unification of the Hanseatic lands of Australia. --- At Apophis, Lady Hannah Asgeirsson was elated to hear the news of expansion to lands that the Hansa. In light of this held a public broadcast to her state and to the world in light of the recent annexation of Aginor. My Brothers and Sisters of our Great Commonweath, Today, our noble armies made the first moves to begin the annexation of our northern neighbor of Aginor. If you will recall, these people are our brethren only separated by their corrupt and treasonous government that seceded from the Hansa after the Mariehamm War. This government has always been a thorn in the backside of Hanseatic stability, separating us from total unification of our Australian holdings. But this was not the fault of the people, this was the fault of a government that wished to create their own destiny away from ours and Lady Tintagyl had given them that ability. Yet after our fall, they only caused instability to a legacy that the people of the South Pacific held on to ever so dearly. We now take back what is rightfully Hanseatic, our people, our families, our brothers and sisters, it is our God-given right to protect our people the people of the Hansa. Catholics within the Commonwealth are urged to send letters to their leadership urging the government there to reconsider it's position to use it's military, and to seek a diplomatic resolution on how best to promote a new Aiginor under Commonwealth rule. I would like to remind everyone that Aginor has not made any attempts out of their nation to contact anyone in the world of their functioning government. We are restoring order, yes we are annexing the country, because, what would you know, we used to own it. This is not a military invasion, however, military force is used to reclaim the country, otherwise no one would believe that we could lay claim to it, if we could not protect the people inside the country. We realize that security and protection are needed in a lawless land, but we would look to the Commonwealth to train and defend Aginor's own security forces as soon as is expedient. We have faith that our Catholic brothers in the Commonwealth will do the Christly thing by insuring that the annexation runs with as little loss of life as possible. Go with God, and may the peace of our Lord be with you. It is indeed no secret that the Catholic Church has had a recent history of allowing itself to be partial to nations, and to raise an army for the use of imperialistic gains. In my Papacy, I have made every attempt to overturn the legacy of corruption, clergy and layperson alike are under review for both ethics and impartiality. It has been and shall continue to be long after the Lord takes me from this world, my mission to restore the image, credibility, and sanctification of the Holy Roman Catholic Church. We find the church to be ill suited to preach peace, especially since they house themselves in Facist Italy. The Vatican City (Holy See) is not housed inside the nation of Italy, but asserts it is a sovereign nation with it's own laws. Nothing in our city is subject to any outside forces or governments. Taeunas sees nothing overly different from similar things that happened when Lady Tintagyl was in power. A bloodless restoration of order is certainly more favorable than a complete breakdown of services and community, especially when the land used to be HR to begin with. We support the HR in this move.
