Please read everything carefully, be sure you understand, and be sure that you have 3 slots open for November 16th. This is fairly easy to do if you can follow directions. Basically on or around November 16th you accept $3mil - send 50 tech out the same day to the 2 nations that we direct you to - 10 days later you receive a $3mil Bonus.
