They are NOT to be placed on war footing. Tanks stay in the shelters. The men are to be spread out across the Border to ensure the terrorist doesnt come running into our land. Secondly: 5000 men are to be deployed into the Federation Protectorate and palce don border crossings with the Union protectorate. Thirdly: 2000 more men are to be deployed in our protectorate, White island. reason being is simply for my own peace of mind, 500 men isnt enuff to defend the land and police it, 2500 should be. send 10 chinook helicopters with them for fast transportation from the Fort into the Cities etc, along with 20 APC vehicles.
