The justice minister says he will accept extradition requests if South Africa presents them. "Although we do not recognize them as your territories, this is an act of complete foolishness by these rebels, and they have embarrassed our government. You can have them." In a preemptive response, they informed the Monitor that it was outside of Madagascar's exclusive territorial zone. "Someone seems a little eager to justify their actions. We call upon the Confederacy to stop its little games with us. We have no desire to fight a fellow African nation and would rather see a united effort to repel invaders such as Britain, however we do not want you to continue aggravating us," stated an official from the Kuwaiti Emirate Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Red = defensive military perimeter Blue = defensive naval perimeter Perimeter in the north falls back a respectable distance from the border to avoid signs of confrontation. The president announced it was a "just in case" move. Clearing the Record: The ship seen sailing was an oil tanker, not a destroyer.
