Of course, you could do what WOLF did and just find someone with similar interests. Alliance Forums and IRC Channels - you can click that link to get information on contacting alliances. Still your best bet for fastest LIVE communication is IRC. You will also need to have an idea of what alliances you would want to be associated with. Picking any alliance that says yes isn't the right approach. Personally, I would tell you to speak with NpO and specifically see if you can contact Dajobo. He is a very cool guy and I'm sure if he is on IRC #polaris, he would take the time to speak with you.
