Imperator Azenquor
The Zhukov Doctrine Where a nation declares independence from the Buryatian Administered Protectorate And said nation has for whatever reason descended into anarchy and is unable to administer its territory effectively If there is no other binding treaty enacted regarding the fate of said territory in the absence of its government Then the Zhukov doctrine is enacted as follows: 1) The territory, i.e. the parts of the territory that gained independence from the protectorate region shall return to the protectorate region, and to Buryatian administration 2) The government of Buryatia shall maintain stability in the territory until the time when the territory is capable of administering its own affairs 3) The government of Buryatia shall assume administrative control of the territory, but shall not take steps towards annexation of the territory 4) The government of Buryatia shall undertake the necessary steps to ensure that the territory will be able to regain independence once it is able to administer its own affairs 5) The government of Buryatia shall deploy peacekeepers to the region 6) The government of Buryatia shall oppose expansion by any existing nation, including our own into these territories 7) The government of Buryatia shall employ this doctrine only on the mainland protectorate region
Californian
"We fully support this doctrine and are glad to see Buryatia ensuring the well being of protectorates that have fallen into anarchy. As a matter of fact we had just started moving troops into the former Bloodvale Empire to see what the heck was going on. We can confirm there is no government and the nation has fallen into anarchy. With the release of this doctrine we can put you in charge of ensuring the safety of these displaced persons. We will pull our troops back immediately and wish you well." Amyante
"Zargathia is pleased to see a Doctrine regarding protectorates made official. Though it is always regretful when a nation dies, this Doctrine ensures the population of the affected area will not suffer from anarchy as well as guarantees organized humanitarian aid. We congratulate Buryatia on its efforts."
king of cochin
The Kingdom of Cochin looks favorably at this treaty. It is indeed a wise move by the Buryatian Government and would go quite long way to maintain long term stability in Northern Asia.
