Those bridges are around three quarters of a mile long and link the West to the South. This may work in slowing the enemy down. The work is being carried out by units of the National Guard of Holland and forwarded troops from the National Guard of Brabant, The water of the Hollandsch Diep is very deep so the damage may be profound. *SECRET* Those troops are to be withdrawn to Kalmthout, Brabant. Red and Blue squares are Infantry and tank movements. They will be moving out to secure closer launch postions. All allies radio in for rocket support. The 8th Division dug in along on the far bank from the invaders start to place demo charges on the bridges crossing the river. Divisional Artillery is readied to move from covered dug in positions to do sudden strikes once the enemy get in range. At the moment it is unknown if any enemy forces know of the positions on the river. The 9th tank company is held back in the far rear as a rapid support force. ******* *classified* As of yet no movements have been made South to follow retreating Dutch, Norman, or Krieg forces. ****** *classified* The 15th Division is setting up large trap locations in their area for expected retaliation strikes from the East. Earthen works defenses are being dug as quickly as possible, and consist of shallow trenches and short mounds of earth. Land mines are being placed in high concentrations along roadways only. OOC to Dragganan. Your troops and mine were in combat at Breskens. OOC: 1st tank company was sweeping the entire South until I ran into Krieg. Thats who you fought. They were readied, and opened fire on the Dranaggan positions. The Drakorian advance slowed so the artillery could come to full effect. The third Drakorian army group entered Doetinchem, then proceeded west. They would cross the river near the city, turn north, and strike the Dranaggans from the west. Our 2nd wave of support is almost into Belgian territory. Missiles being escorted north with Tank and Infantry. OOC For reference of Waves being landed Forces in Brussels currently 28 M1 Abrams tanks and 2,500 men sent by the CAU . 20,000 men, 100 MBTs, 50 APCs, 20 APCs + vulcan AA addons, and 30 Moblie AA systems. 45 Rapier Missile systems, 12 Mobile SAM launchers, and 30 Artillery systems. Forces en route 5,000 Imperial Guard + 30 Imperial Armor will be on reserve for the 2nd wave. The 8th Division starts to pull back to the city of Utrecht to link up with the 4th division. The 9th Tank company is left hidden in their positions South of Apeldoorn in forest. ----------------------- The elements of the 15th division, after losing 15 troopers in Staphorst, suspend their mine laying duties and move on the town. Divisional artillery, and the siege artillery, bombard the town as the forces advance. -------------------------- The 4th Division in Utrecht begin loading civilians onto trains and moving them west towards Rotterdam. The 4th and 8th companies of the 4th division are directed to guarding these trains, and conducting fast repairs on any damaged track. In retaliation ten officers of the enemy forces that have been taken prisoner are currently being lined up against a wall to be shot. If the enemy wants their personnel to survive it should be recommended to let the hostages return home. If not- may God have mercy on them- because we won't. Scouts were dispatched ahead of each armies. The locals of the Netherlands lent their boats to the Drakorians, and they spent about an hour ferrying across the river. The scouting forces combed the forests on the other side, with several thousand soldiers and some tanks around the searched forests. The surrounding armies would constrict around the forests and crush resistance. The third army, the southern one, continued west for Arnhem. This in retaliation of the war crimes of the enemy. Forced relocation and taking civilians as a human shield is a crime against humanity. We are however asking our Allies to refrain from committing crimes against humanity on the citizens of the enemy.
