Due to the wording of the treaty, I expect we both have a right to RP in Darwin...though any Major changes will, of course, have to be agreed on between us...right? I don't think it gets any simpler. You have a habit of picking apart statements people make, and making them bigger than they are, or taking them out of context. I didn't want to pick apart a statement that is quite obviously, blunt and to the point. How simple do you want it? Well ok, but thats vague. You have to give me a scenario. EX: An Invasion, Blockade, Etc. However if your patience is too thin, then I wont push it more.
