The trade agreement awaiting approval shows up in my Trade Agreements screen. However, there is no accompanying message in my Sent Messages folder. I also sent the ruler a message (though it's possible I neglected to hit Send, I do that kind of thing sometimes) that doesn't show up in the folder either.
