Golden Star Defence Code:

Section 1: If in the case that an alliance under the protection of the GSD shall find it self under attack, the allies from this treaty must come forth to protect the victim under the circumstances that:

a) The before said ally did not provoke or strike first.

b) The attacking alliance does not have more members than is bound to this Treaty.

c) The before said ally had been associated with the Treaty for more than a week.

Section 2: If above criteria is not met then the allies are not responsible in helping the alliance, the allies may however call a quick referendum containing the alliance representatives and if 80% submit to helping the Protection Bond is again valid.

Section 3: The Allies must not endorse the destruction or attack the other Alliances or henceforth will submit to complete removal from the GSD and further punishment may be intact.

Section 4: A Master Target List will be easily accessible for all authorized members of the GSD Treaty to see. This List will contain all nations that have declared war on one of the alliances and any alliance wishing may post this list on their board for all members to attack at will.

Section 5: The GSD Treaty must not be altered with the notification of it's respected representatives and it's members reserve the right to refuse an alteration if a majority of complaints are compiled.

Just in case they don't like the new terms. I'm actually surprised at the amount of people who wish to have a guardian alliance protecting them but don't wish to share the same loyalty to the protecting alliance, so that's why I made this.
