The office of the Prime Minister has announced that it will begin construction of an orphanage to care for and educate the 250 children who have lost their families during the black wind disaster. These children will be adopted as wards of the state and given a comprehensive education and training. The orphanage shall be located near Prime Ministerial mansion and will share the facilities of the estate. A first class combined primary and secondary school is planned as part of the complex as well as a gymnasium, an Olympic sized pool and other sporting, educational and recreational facilities.

This project is entirely funded by the Olympic Corporation with the approval of the Department of the Prime Minister and the Department of Family Services. There shall be no cost incurred to the treasury since the Olympic Corporation is paying for it entirely.

The finest teachers are being sought from around the world to staff this school to provide a world class education for the students. Applications for teaching positions will be accepted at any Nician embassy or by direct post.

A successful applicant will have the following qualities,

1: A Bachelors degree in their chosen field as well as a diploma of education. Preference shall be given to higher degrees.

2: A clean criminal record.

3: Be able to pass a psychological fitness exam.

4: Be of the highest moral character.

These positions will have generous pay scale as well as numerous fringe benefits such as free accommodation in the complex with a large house being constructed to suit the family of the applicant, a car paid for by the Olympic Corporation will also be provided for the sucessful applicants use.

Upon the announcement, exactly 300 individuals travelled to the area to deliver their applications.

Of the 300, 50 would be found to not have the required educational degrees, and 75 would have assorted offences ranging from traffic tickets to petty theft.
