Recently, Somalia has developed into a stable region and all effort in that region has ceased and has moved back into Sudan and Ethiopia. Liberation effort from West Africa to Somalia The front continues in the areas of Sudan and Ethiopia as more Republican troops entered into the areas ridding the area of aggressive warlords and murderers. The helpless civilians were taken under the caring wing of the The Republican Army(TRA). Sudan- Considerable civil war and strife continues as media covers the amount of soldiers killed in thier humanitarian efforts. CNN reported the violence and chaos in the streets, which did in fact happen but they were the only moments reported. This is what happened outside of the 15 minutes of an arrest of a terrorist The soldiers forced the children to get on the seesaw, smile and take a picture. They were then questioned, searched, and printed like the criminals they are. We move on to this graphic image. The Private was heard spouting curses and things such as "talk or I'll tickle you till you pee!" This torture is noted... CNN shoo. Ethiopia- Drought, famine, war and ill-conceived policies brought millions to the brink of starvation. The TRA arrived with rations as well as helpful technology to help thier agriculture. Ethiopia depends heavily on agriculture, which is often affected by drought. Water has been a major utility in the TRA's missions as they bring supplies over a length 200 miles to the Ethiopian border. Coffee is a key export and vulnerable to price fluctuations. It is the first brewery to set up shoop in the country and is looking for locations to set up shop/bars. The White Bull is an easily recognised cultural symbol for the people of Sudan, and is synonymous with promoting the positive feelings of celebration, success and peace. Thus, a new lager was named for just the tastes of the average Sudanese. White Bull Lager was specifically brewed to meet the tastes of the Sudanese consumer and was the culmination of months of planning and testing. Thier concern is shown, and the republican system begins to work without its leader. With that, this is the first time that these regional governments have worked together without the supervision of a higher position. "Thank you, your allegiance has always been a worthy one." -Ghana A team of 30 urologists from Ananse Foundation, a Danish-Ghanaian NGO, in collaboration with Brong-Ahafo Regional Hospital, is undertaking an outreach service at the hospital. Dr. De Wall Hans, Chairman of the NGO, said at the opening of the programme on Monday that the four-day outreach programme would involve operating and teaching doctors complex urological surgeries. They are expected to perform operations on congenital malformation of external genitalia, post circumcision megalomeatus, urethral stricture, vagina artesia, female epispadia and hypospadia. Dr. Hans, who is the leader of the team, said the NGO aimed at improving basic urological care within sub-Saharan Africa and was running programmes in Ghana and Tanzania. He said the activities of the Foundation were mainly in most deprived areas of beneficiary countries in order to bring urological care to the doorsteps of the poor and the needy. Dr Hans said the introduction of the National Health Insurance Scheme had improved the accessibility of urological service in Ghana. Dr. Alexander Kofi Egote, head of urology unit at the hospital, said management of urological diseases had been transformed within the past 15 years. "The management of commonest diseases like symptomatic BPH and Ca of prostrate have seen a phase of transformation from traditional open surgery to endoscopic surgery", he said. "The introduction of laparoscopy in the management of localised Ca of the prostate, followed by robotic surgery in the urologic armamentarium has resulted in major changes in our daily surgical practices". Dr. Daniel Asare, Medical Superintendent of the hospital later led the team of urologists to lay wreaths at three busts erected at the forefront of the hospital. Dr. Isaac Kofi Bentsi, Dr. Benjamin Osei-Wiafe and Emeritus Professor John Kwateboi Marmon Quartey, surgical urologists, died in a road accident on their way back to Accra after undertaking an outreach programme at the hospital in 2005. -Creation of Young Africa Young Africa is an independent non-governmental organisation for participatory development cooperation. Young Africa is governed by a Board of Trustees, consisting of seven volunteer members from different working areas: industries, social work, street children project, human rights and a due representation of the beneficiary local community. The other 25% remain there in order to continue gaurding major posts as well as operate positions of interests. - The some forces in The Republic have been deployed to the ships for transport to Sri Lanka (110,000) - The other forces will remain in reserve as well as begin to set up the country for defensive maneuvers. - The Republic is now in Defcon 3 - 15 ships will deploy the soldiers to Sri Lanka, they have taken off now. - Missile Defense and other systems are now in effect. We also announce the establishment of the Special Police force: The Special Police Force is the police force that is dispatched for rather unique situations, such as hostage situations, bomb threats, and riots. They basically serve as a domestic military to keep the peace. Armor provides the same areas of protection as th Tactical Infantry Armor, except lighter, in both protection and weight. It also includes multiple vision modes, protects against biological and radioactive elemnts and has a permanent comm-link. When 4 Metal Storm fired munitions hit the target at almost the same time, which can be repeated, the lethality of those warheads is increased markedly through the unique delivery of that firepower. Lethality is also enhanced through greater control of fire missions and the ability to almost instantly select different munitions for different targets. Fully selectable fire missions can be configured ranging from a single shot through to multiple shots. All these capabilities provide a cumulative lethality effect much greater than several single 40mm munitions arriving individually. Metal Storm technology provides the ability to fire munitions onto a target in groups of any size, shape and sequence in much greater proportion to the size of the weapon. The technology allows single and multi barrel weapon systems to apply significant firepower onto a target compared to conventional weapons; thus providing a high firepower to weight ratio. For example, the equivalent of a 6kg munition can be delivered in 12 pieces but provides the lethality effect on target of all 6kg at once. The Systems branch has developed itself enough to become its own branch. It has established the Naval Warfare Systems Command on St. Helena Island and has also begun its project on the Advanced Deployable System. Operation Ghost used Advanced Deployable System-like arrays to collect data and demonstrate detection and tracking performance against diesel-electric submarines. An Advanced Deployable System-like array also successfully demonstrated the potential of the Advanced Deployable System to detect mining related activities. ADS will be a deployable undersea surveillance system composed of distributed fields of sensors that can be rapidly and unobtrusively deployed in regional contingency areas for use against enemy submarines. It will also be able to detect the hulls and bottoms of larger naval warfare ships. Lucas Perry grabs a name for himself in Central Africa- The Archon's brother has conitinued his individual success in being able to stabilize the region one dead dictator at a time. He has begun reallowing marketting to continue from Sectors 10-23 which has provided a heavy flow of economic resources within Central Africa allowing the economy to grow 7 fold. The General has been making his lower staff members lay out food for the people of Central Africa rather than the higher ranks recieve the food. Selective restaurants, bars, and halls do not serve people without pants. One person enjoy the breeze said, "Thier window says 'No shirt, No shoes, No service' NOTHING ABOUT PANTS." Rallies have begun springing up around these places screaming "Serve us!" Owners and Buisnessmen faced off against the Society in court and the court had this to say, "The Republic does not condone thier actions, nor do our laws regulate what you can and cannot wear...even if it is nothing." Another court appearance about this issue was about fraternities and sororities adopting this enjoyable freedom of breezing, and turning it into an abusive behavior. Eager freshmen looking to join these groups have been arrested for 'pantsing' university police and professors. The Dean of Students, who is a pantsless member, called the issue "laughable." Many nudists have grown fond of that sentence, and have been growing in population at our airports. Although they would usually cause traffic, they haven't considering they pass through security with jiggling...I mean flying colors. The Archon had this to say, "When wind hits you in the face, well, you might as well enjoy the breeze." At that, he pulled his pants down. Axl Rose, Once a top student of The Republican University, has his pantslessness brought him fortune and fame. However, he recently has started to wear pants again and has fallen off the Antipantsology radar. However, he has decided to make a reappearance and has become one of the lead spokesman of The Pantsless Awareness Society. - Let it be known that the reporter also has moved his pants after finishing the article. Antipantsology, a new study on the effects, phiosphically, socially, and mentally, as well as awesomely, has developed into a study through the works of several Antipantsologists such as Benjamin Franklin and Dr. Jeremiah Fupa. Franklin is known for his basic theories is pantsless. He has mixed common knowledge with his own studies and the first book on the study of Antipantsology, "To Bare It All." Fupa is known for leading scientists in the field of Antipantsology. He helped the organization of the field and set up his own laboratories around The Republic, leading it from his facility in Congo. Hopefully they will stay in tact as The Republican Army, now fully lead by Lucas Perry, is taken to the Canaries for nothing more than security and military assistance of the area. "It is not our area, but it is also noone else's. We'll defend this territory for nothing but the good will and friendship we have for Canada. Nothing more." 12 Military divisions have made thier way onto the 9 islands, multiple division will be based on the larger ones and anywhere that may need the extra help. Your ideals of rational communism seperate you from the other states of the Republic make it hard for you to reassmilate. Let us not forget the cultural differences that have further seperated you from your African roots. In short, after speaking with the local leaders, you are to become your own state once the government rises to the challenge. I "bought" them from a warlord back then, they were white on the map. OOC: Was in the middle of checking them. Noone had them before you. You did check with Sargun in World Map 3.0...which confuseded me. Still going to leave them open for another country.
