mykep
The doors flew open and slammed against the wall as the figure of Archon Mykep made his way to the Councilmen. They stared at him as he made his glaring strole to the table, guitar in hand. He jumped onto the table, strung his guitar and began singing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CpS1WfyKKiM...feature=related The Archon went up to Greenland, he was looking for an ally to seal. He was in a bind 'cos he was way behind: he was willin' to make a deal. When he came across this young man sawin' on a guitar and playin' it hot. And the Archon jumped upon a table and said: "Boy let me tell you what: "I bet you didn't know it, but I'm a guitar player too. "And if you'd care to take a dare, I'll make a bet with you. "Now you play a pretty good guitar, boy, but give this Archon his due: "I bet a guitar of gold against your allegiance, 'cos I think I'm better than you." Angus caught the drift, plugged in his guitar and began playing. Bon Scott attempted to get up, but Angus made him sit. The boy said: "My name's Angun and it might be a sin, "But I'll take your bet, your gonna regret, 'cos I'm the best that's ever been." Then Bon Scott and Phil Rudd sang: Angus you rosin up your pick and play your guitar hard. 'Cos hells broke loose in Greenland and the Archon deals it hard. And if you win you get this shiny guitar made of gold. But if you lose, the Archon gets what you were told. The Archon opened up his case and he said: "I'll start this shindig." And snow flew from his fingertips as he frosted up his pick. And he pulled the pick across his strings and it made an evil hiss. Then a band of soldiers joined in and it sounded something like this. When the Archon finished, Angus said: "Well you're pretty good ol' son. "But if you'll sit down in that chair, right there, and let me show you how its done." Then Bon joined back in. Fire on the moun, run boys, see ya. The Archon's in the Socialist Republic of Osea. Wardogs on the side lines, Coach Erwin pickin his nose. "Do you smell what the Rock is cookin?" "No, child, no." The Archon bowed his head because he knew that he'd been beat. He laid that golden guitar on the ground at Angus' feet. Angus said: "Archon just come on back if you ever want to try again. "I told you once, you son of a !@#$%*, I'm the best that's ever been." And he played fire on the mount, run boys, see ya . The Archon's in the Socialist Republic of Osea. Wardogs on the side lines, Coach Erwin pickin his nose. "Do you smell what the Rock is cookin?" "No, child, no." When they finished playing, they wiped the sweat from thier foreheads and shook each other's hand. The respect for one another had grown with just one song. Archon Mykep smiled and said: "The name's Mykep, Archon of The Republic. I wish to discuss furthering relations with you. Can we sit down?" Sir Keshav IV
"Name is Angus Young, to the right of me is Bon Scott and the left Phil Rudd, we are Council members of Osea, and yes please do take a seat, I shall call for some vodka." *Lifted a small bell and shook it thrice and 4 glasses of Vodka were brought in.*

I have called this meeting to see if you would wish to partake in this effort. What do you take on this effort?"

While we would like to support it, we would first like to know exactly what it entails us to do?" "You are part of Comintern. At the same time you may have other allies outside of there. My proposal asks you to not support any aggressive actions that they do. Comintern didnt start the tension that is present in the world now, and I dont think they will start this war. If they do under an unjustified CB I will have no choice to but to attack that person. I am not asking you to go as far as leaving Comintern, but to not hyelp them in thier aggressive action and not to defend them when people react to thier aggressive reaction. Do you think that is at all possible?

I cannot run away in the face of war. But why are you asking me this? "

If they face declarations because of thier aggressive actions, I ask that you do not help them for they deserve to be punished. Your a successor state from a trusted ally. You control land that was once mine. My wife is within your ranks. That is why I ask you."
Sir Keshav IV
"That is a hard choice, Comintern has shown us the way for far too long to just drop them when they need us the most. We will think about this decision among our parliament and tell you soon enough if alright? Also is there anything else on your mind?" If you are still in need of a location, I can present one for you." Edited May 16, 2009 by mykep

mykep
"Ah yes we are. We have the technology and resources to build one. Will you allow us to build it in the Republic?" Absolutely. Douala, Cameroon is open for you. It is close to the shore for supplying and will even allow you to establish port there with aircraft carriers. It is very well protected as well as close to the space elevator held by Canada.

Sir Keshav IV
"Our nation is alright, just a little low on infrastructure. We have built many labs around and have started research, that is where 36% of the government funding goes. We have also developed nuclear weapons for our defense. Will you like to meet your wife Archon?"
mykep
I am glad you are developing and I would absolutely love to meet my wife.
Sir Keshav IV
Lizzie entered the room wearing a coat to keep herself warm. She looked at mykep sitting there and moved closer and slightly bent down to give a quick kiss on his cheek. It had been a while she thought, since the fall of the Chola Empire infact. She moved closer to Angus Young and took a seat opposite mykep. "Good Day mykep, nice to see you again. How have you been?" "We were just talking about our Foreign Air Force Base Lizzie. Archon here happily let us build one in his nation."
mykep
Startled by the unreactive response he was given by Lizzie in the form of just a pecker on the cheek after not seeing each other in the past 5 years, he was silent for a moment. Then he realized other government members were present in the room. "I...I'm fine. Rome was nice, they took care of me there. The pope was a swell guy. The desert kinda sucked during and after the war." He turned to the councilmen, who were equally as puzzled. "Douala is all yours."
Sir Keshav IV
Lizzie Sighed, she could see that mykep was disappointed at the way she entered the room, but she kept her reason private until the three councilors were out of sight. The Councilors were a little puzzled and Bon immediately opened to speak but Angus spoke first, "Douala is ours, as in part of Osean territory?" mykep
"Douala is yours. Might we journey down there? Set up the proceedings and plans to make this base possible? I'm sure it will be worth your while."
Sir Keshav IV
"Well then 3 of us shall come. Also head of operations in Douala shall be lizzie. She has passed her flying tests and shall be granted the rank of Air Commodore and Governer of Douala for now. " Angus rings a bell to get his clothes packed for the trip. "Shall we be leaving now, our aircrafts are ready."
mykep
"Surely." With that, Mykep and Liz go off to talk and "pack" as Angus and the rest get ready to leave.
mykep
"Douala will be jointly owned. Your forces and my forces will reside there, side by side, administating and defending the international city so that none may cross its path. What you dock there and fly there is yours. The city and region around it shall be open to all of your men and women. Is there any other planning you wish to discuss?"
Sir Keshav IV
"Nothing at all, we are happy to keep the plans the same way. We are bringing along our central planner and would only need some raw materials if that is alright."
