The Order of the Crown and Dagger (OCD) is a respectable alliance who is opposed to Tech Raiding, Permanent ZI, and Espionage (out of game spying). This new alliance has plenty of room for expansion, and hard working members will make their way to the top! The Order is ruled by a Triumvirate who is elected by the members.
