Factories used for production of heavy and light industry are especially favored, as plans fro many new factories begin. Also the reopening of the, now renamed, Petar Harbor opens the Kingdom of Serbia to the sea allowing the nation to import and export a much larger veriety of resources, and goods. Also the Serbian Stock Market is set to open tomorow morning for the first time. Defence: The creation of the Kralj's Intelligence Agency (KIA) was announced today, as a large organization branching for jurisdiction over both internal and external intelligence operations. Many new barracks also sprout strategically throughout the nation as the military is modernized, retrained, and expanded from strictly land based, to land, air and sea. Regular air patrols will begin tomorow, the bulk of which will be to our eastern and southwestern borders as well as major cities. Naval vessels will remain in port until order otherwise by the Kralj, but a Serbian Coastal Guard will be put in place to regularly patrol Serbian coastal waters. Other: A Serbian Foreign Ministries has now been set up and put in placy by the new Kralj Petar II along with new hospitals, Police HQs, schools, stadiums, Catholic churches, clinics and universities. Literacy levels are expected to rise tremendously within the first few months of the new education programs launch today. An emphasis on health, culture, education, and public safety has set a path of stability for the Kingdom. They claim not all Serbs wanted a monarchy, and as a soverign people, they should all have equal chance to choose what type of government their nation should have. The very popular Kralj Petar II claims the new nation is not ready for such a quick change, and the Communist path will only lead to self destruction. While the streets of Belgrade have been relatively quiet and orderly, other cities and towns have experienced small uprisings even clashes with armed paramilitaries. Due to this the Kralj deployed the military to the trouble areas, and set up check points to and from Belgrade and several other major cities. In other news, the Serbian Stock Marrket opened for the first time, early this morning taking the Kingdom on its largest leap to a stable, & growing economy. Kralj Petar II realeased a reply to Molakian aid offer: "Should the situation grow into a more destructive one, we may indeed accept Molakian military aid. For now our military has been put on standby,a nd checkpoints will remain and be reinforced around Belgrade, where the royal family lives. And an airbase is acceptable so long as it is a joint Serbian-Caliphate airbase, meaning we will have equal acces and usage to it when our air force is constructed. We agree to this. Also much of the Supreme Caliphate has been rebuilt, with the number of new military facilities being multiplied several times over. 300000 Serbian troops working and training in the Caliphate will remain at least for another year, until the massive project is complete. CLASSIFIED TO SUPREME CALIPHATE: As the threat of global war looms nearer, we find an interest in strengthening our cooperation with the Caliphate. We propose to purchase all of the Caliphate's coastal defences, in exchange for ensured protection of the Caliphate, by the Kingdom of Serbia.
