OOC: Leaving the game. Had lots of fun, but now its time I move on. B) BTW Cutlass is alive, and safe as you will all find out as an old RP unravels. IC: The massive muslim population of Fascist Carthage shift the State to its limits. Cracking under the pressure of a shift in views. The call for a Supreme Caliphate rocks the muslim world, that Fascist Carthage was not strong enough to contain its force. The Muslims have taken control under King Abasi who has, after consulting the people, offered their lands for the Supreme Caliphate. Cutlass is nowhere to be found.

OOC: If I can I offer my lands to King Balomesh. He's an old, capable friend. I've decided I want to move on from this game, although it was lots of fun. IC: Mostly Muslim Fascist Carthage collapses under the new sway of support towards the comming Supreme Caliphate. The Fascist Republic of Carthage is no more and its lands are offered by its people to the Supreme Caliphate movement.

Was this not the case with Fascist Carthage's restoaration of order to African Naboo?

Futher investigation into the matter has led us to believe Naboo is infact under the control of the Imperial Alliance. With that Carthaginian troops will begin withdraw from Allianace lands at once. Also, the military is readied for a possible attack from hostile foreign powers.

May Fascism reign.

Official Statement As peacekeepers of the land of Naboo (former) we see it as our responsibility to see to it that the elections for these people, long suffering under anarchy is successfully carried out and stability is returned. State military has been pulled back to the northern regions of Naboo (former) where they will remain until the region is stabilized. Our official stance: Fascist Carthage will not bow to the demands of any nation, as we see our works in the region to be just. Our ideals to see the will of the people carried out are too valuable to give up and we are willing to fight to protect them. END OF STATEMENT

Cutlass stormed out of the camera room after his speach, clearly enraged as usual during the post speach minutes. He storms into a room where a Serbian soldier just exited now wearing casual clothing.

Cutlass leads the party down to the lowest levels of King Abasi's palace into a large room. "Here you should be able to remain relatively safe shoudl conflict erupt at least long enough for your evacuation to happen. I am about to go on television soon, if I may have one final request. I've been working on a little collection. A collection of miltiary uniforms, if I may have one as worn by Serbian troops I would be greatly honored."

IC: President Cutlass appears in military uniform on international television to make a special announcement. (OOC: Cutlass style B) ) IC: His speach began as usualy normal, then progressivly louder and more aggressive, finally enraged. "A history denied. This has been our story for too long. The story repeating in the minds of our children finding simple enjoyment from throwing rocks and carving pictures in hard, dry dirt. In the minds ofour fathers, living at work, dying to set their table with a loaf a bread, and mabey some milk. In the minds of our mothers! Working their hands raw attempting to create some comfort in a life of hopeless suffering!! And in the minds of our grandparents who hide away hoping to die in lonely seclusion for fear of putting the strain of looking after them in the twilight of their lives, on their impovershed and suffering relatives!!" (slams fists on desk) "This story has been lived and experienced by our people for far too long!!! We experienced the begining of the end of that story on that grim morning in April, while we were still suffering the inevitable collapse of the weak democratic system. But gloriously, by midnight we witness through Fascism the beginings of Empire!!!!" (Stands up abruptly, cameras quickly adjust) "Now the flame of Fascism burns across our globe. In Europe and Asia. America and Oceania. Antarctica and here in North Africa!!! We are seen now as a small Fascist Republic, but we will be seen soon as a mighty Fascist Empire!!! Today Carthage, tomorow the world!!! (slaps papers sending them fluttering through the air then salutes the viewers) TO EMPIRE!!!" (storms off screen)

Cutlass grins "Excellant, I have prepared such a document hoping to discuss the matte rlater on, but the situation calls for an immediate strengthening of ties between us. All you have to do now good king, is sign and our ports will be your ports as well, and the Red Paramilitary will curse to hell the day they rose to challange your rule and the will of the Serbian people." He unrolled a document with exactly the proposal he has just voiced to Kralj Petar II, along with a pen.

The convoy turns into a large palace-like building. It is the Palace of King Abasi, and decorated military personnel await both kings and their dictator to begin inspecition. The men and royal family enter the palace saluted by Fascist Carthage guards who greet the party by saying, "To Empire". Up a flight of stairs the party walks out into the sun. There King Abasi greets them first by handshake then with a national salute. "The military inspection is about to begin. And welcome to the Fascist Republic of Carthage." The military began shifting positions, with elaborate marching saluting. Thier officers yell "To where?!" and the troops reply, "To Empire!!" after ever shift. Now, Cutlass pulls Kralj Petar II away gently. "Forgive me, but if I may speak with you for a moment. I could not help but overhear you conversation between yourself and General Dragan. I have seen the reports of Red Paramilitaries in your kingdom already. I am willing to help, if you would agree to a deal. We have at our disposal an elite squad of troops loyal only to me, who may, if you agree ofcourse, carry out special opperations against the Communsits in your nation. In exchange, our forces have been strained in the restabilizing of anarchist Naboo, we ask if Serbian troops may join in peacekeeping and restabilizing of the region. But there is one last thing." He turns to the troops below and salutes "I am prepared to open our ports to your kingdom, in fact, share them with you to seal the deal and solidify our friendship."

Naboo has fallen to anarchy and we beleive it is within everyone interest if we restore order.

Naboo under anarchy a secure place? We believe our eastern African neighbors are mistaken. It is a diverse place in regards to culture, language, even race. It been 48 hours since we entered Naboo, remember that there is no standing military, but armed and uncoordinated anarchists.

Giving the family the National Fascist salute Cutlass welcome the family. He orders the fascist partymembers to bow before the royal party, while he himself remains standing. He gently raises the hands of Queen Aleksandra and Princess and kisses their hands. He turns and personally gives General Dakar another salute. "I welcome you all to the Fascist Republic of Carthage. If you would follow me into the armored vehicle to your right, we will begin on our way. You will be able to do some sight seeing, and enjoy the celebrations for your visit. A large hotel has been set aside exclusive for your family to stay as long as you'd like, constant security will be provided by out military, and I'd like to hold a meeting sometime during your stay here, if that is alright with you." They enter a silver-painted armored personnel carrier and head off through Casablanca.

Modern Africa, especially, North and Northwest Africa, is a much more diverse place than it once was. The people have been given the right to choose whomever they wish, African or not.

For this visit, Cutlass has closed the Casablanca airport down for several hours until the royal Serbian family arrives and leaves the airport. A massive parade has been coordinated, a celebratory welcoming will take place, providing food and activities for Carthaginian citizens, while the Royal family gets to enjoy the sight, and the Fascist government shows off their military and happiness of their citizens. Finally, the large plane arrives. Brand new military vehicles await the royal family to transport them safely around Casablanca to view the celebrations. Kingdom of Serbia flags fly at half mast before National Fascist Party Flags. Cutlass waits anxiously to show off his State to the King.

OOC: Whats your point? IC: Prince Acahuana Chavez, as a friend of Fascist Carthage, will be placed on the ballot. The first people line the streets of larger towns to begin voting. One man said, "I'm writing in Cutlass, he is a strong leader who saved first, his own country and now ours from anarchy." Another man replied ,"No, Cutlass has helped us a great deal but now he must step back as we choose one of our own." A woman turned to the reporter and told him, "Prince Acahuana is ready to guide our people, and he seems more capable than any of the regional leaders here to lead us." An oldman agreed with the womans statement. Now the elections begin, in much of the country, while the rest of the voting stations are being set up in the rest of the region.
