A man who could only sit and watch Boomtown Diberia become diseased by the Diberian Zombie Virus, and then the survivors killed by a reengineered Large-scale Zombie Killing Disease, renamed to Large-scale Human Killing Disease. A leader whos final act was regreted self-preservation, instead of protection for his people. He was tired of this evil trying to control him. It was time for the Return of the King. It was time for Aperture Science to pay, for the corrupt corperation known as GTI to be put down, like a good puppy with cancer. ---------------------------- Several days earlier... The left tire blew out. The humvee's machine gunner fell limp. A missile detonated the humvee behind, a second one on its way to take out its prize target. With the tanks destoryed days, no weeks ago, there was not much hope for the small convoy. The dead gunner was pulled inside. Another man snaked up, shrouded in a brown trench coat. The man pulled up a Mateba Grifone carbine rifle, taking aim at the rocket. It rushed towards the humvee, too fast for a normal sharp shooter to shoot. The man shot twice, the first hiting the rocket and causing a early detonation. The second, aimed at the apache, pinged off the glass dead center. The apache pilot, shaken by the accuracy of his prize, spun up the gattling gun's barrels. Yet seconds later, the final four shots in the revolver carbine cracked into vital circuts just below the blades, causing the pilot to loose complete control and crashing behind his prize. A hint of a smile came into existance on his right, but quickly dissappeared as he reloaded his Grifone, specially made for the CEO. Several more apache helicopters were on the way. Aperture Science did not want to lose track of the CEO before The Fall, but if they couldn't have him, then no one could. But they were almost to Kalmerg's position, the Underforest Fortress Facility 3. The last of such facilities not destoryed from the Great Diberia War (sometimes known as the Diberian Gangbang Defense), the civil war, the Infested Diberia Cleansing war, and Aperture Science's attempts to destory them, the Underforest Fortress Facility 3 was the last hope for this group of random people from throughout DIberia, mainly survivors from the Zombie War but also included rogue military groups from GTI and Old Diberia. A certain group in the convoy was of high interest; they came from a large warehouse; a news reporter with many weapons, two Imperium soilders, and many others. This group was in a APC, talking amoungst themselfes. The CEO was not in this APC, but he would be soon. The convoy moves forward, with a planned stop in ten minutes to fuel up at a fuel depo. The CEO would change over to that APC soon enough. OOC: Just to be sure I didn't mix anyone up there: -CEO defends the convoy with superp marksmanship. -Convoy is going for a facility for safety. -There are many, fast vehicles in the convoy; several humvees, APC's, etc. -One APC has the survivors from that old surivor RP in that large warehouse.
