Tech would be coming to my nation. The cash must be sent on the 21st. We can work out a payment plan for the tech to me, but I would like most of, if not all, payments recieved by the end of April. If this works out, this can be a long term deal. $3 Mil on 4/21 to specified Target A $3 Mil on 4/21 to specified Target B 300 Tech to my nation.
