The Federation also notes that an organized rebel group has brought it self up in rebellion for independence. Tennessee wishes to open communications with the Rebels. Tennessee does hereby resolve to maintain the Missouri territory and talk with the rebels. The Tennessee Federation opens surrounding free Territory for rebel settlement. This offer will be maintained for one week. At its conclusion, all Tennessee lands will be maintained as Tennessee. (OOC: Ok, basically I would like to keep Missouri. There are blank spaces around it if you want. However, if you still want the area, let me know and we can work something out. If you get independence I want a treaty with you. It's not that I don't trust you or anything, but I just want to make sure my lands and my region are secure. Thanks.)
