Wotansvolk Posted March 22, 2009 Report Share Posted March 22, 2009 Many moons ago, I Wotansvolk set out to find the magic horn that was taken from the head of Audhumla and lost centuries ago. For I had no meat to eat nor mead to drink on my quest , just berries and twiggs, this horn would bring The Nation of Othinsland back to a nation of nobel farmers and fishermen filled with prosperity and dreams. I also find the lost writings of the Othinsland Sagas and The Runes of Aesir in a sack made of dragon skin on this long journey. These sagas went back to the birth of his Nation and ended with the horrible fate of Othinsland and all its people . Shocked at what I read I traveled back to my home land and hoped that what I saw wasn’t so! The Norns had warned me of this fate but I did not heed their prophecy. When I arrived back to Birka just a few days journey into Othinsland all was dark . I saw wild beast eating at the lands and devouring it like maggots upon a cows carcass . All was lost, not one soul remained, like some dark force had just vanished the once great nation of Othinsland. For I should have been there for my people when they needed me but this quest was necessary. There I laid in the desolate lands of Othinsland longing for what I once had, the 3 Norns visited me in a dream , telling me to speak out the Runes at the highest peak and sound the Horn of Audhumla thrice, for the High ones would answer my wishes and I , Wotansvolk of Othinsland would once be a ruler of his own nation once more. “Fehu, Uruz, Thurisaz, Ansuz, Raido, Kenaz, Gifu, Wunjo, Hagalaz, Nauthiz, Isa, Jera, Eihwaz, Pertho, Algiz, Sowulo, Teiwaz, Berkana, Ehwaz, Mannaz, Laguz, Inguz, Othila, Dagaz !” I shouted out into the void and sounded the Horn of Audhumla thrice, Then I saw the great sun shine once more.
