raptorix
I was wondering or this has been changed, today i had 2x 10.000, yesterday i gained 2x 100.000. There was nothing in the update log about this.
enderland
if something changed my guess is that it was because of this thread and the potential for abuse shown in it

WarriorPwnag
I think it has too, since after attacking this one nation four times, (both today and yesterday), I got $10,000 each time
raptorix
The new situation sux, since nations who had the luck to raid a lot the first das do have a huge headstart.

Yeah, I have to agree with this. Not only does it give the nations who raided in the first 10 or so days a big advantage, but it makes wars just less profitable in general. The exploitation of the larger cash loot was unfortunate, but I'd really like to see some other way of fixing the problem.
