Hopefully the fact it's Storm Dragons doing this will cue people in this is not default CNRP. The Emperor checked the most recent geographical survey done by his scouts. Orders were issued for colonization teams to expand to Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee, Ohio adhering to borders within the Appalachian mountain range in the east, the Mississippi in the west, and the Great Lakes in the North. "This will provide a strong agricultural, industrial, and transportation belt. It should have more than sufficient resources to fit our long term needs. We may actually be able to stop our expansion after claiming these lands." He would say to his advisers.
