Chancellor Bismarck Posted February 23, 2009 Report Share Posted February 23, 2009 Southern Confucianism - Confucianism is proud to announce the beginnings of its green-water naval capabilities, beginning with its starting class of Freedom ships. This is the beginning of our LCS capable ships. Each ship will be able to carry two of our Sea Hawk helicopters, and will be used for coastal defense. We will begin the construction of four of these vessels at an unspecified port in our nation. With this announcement, we'd also like to announce the construction of our first Naval Base, based on the island of Billiton. Sincerely, President Pacifism.
