I chose Option 2: (Option 1 was appoint a CEO. +$2.00 to income) Option 2: Appoint a prominent environmentalist. 2 points of improvement to environment. My environment was at 4 stars (Which i checked just before choosing an option), with one blank left. However, after clicking the option my environment decreased to 3 stars lowering my population, income etc accordingly! Surely the it should improve by 2 points and not decrease.
