We are looking for a nation with Marble and Wheat who is on Orange or willing to move to Orange to join us. These bonus resources, along with the initial resources, form one of the best trade circles in the game. As an all orange trade circle, you will also get the bonus of +5 happiness. If you have marble and wheat there really should be no reason to refuse this offer. You will merely need to move to orange, and have a stable trade circle!
