Elbryan Posted January 30, 2009 Report Share Posted January 30, 2009 Since Ubercon shall remain neutral during what seems to have been dubbed the Great War III due to the fact that we have treaties with both sides that we wish to uphold. As such, we instead are asking for any alliance at or around the size of Ubercon if they wish to engage in wargames. We can figure out details later.
