Send a donation via regular mail Make USA money orders and checks payable to "Cyber Nations". USA Cash is accepted. NO POSTAL MONEY ORDERS. Include nation & ruler name to receive bonus. True, but the OP asked for alternative methods of donating to credit cards and PayPal is an alternative. There are a number of ways a PayPal account can be setup and how it is will determine how quickly it will make payments. Even at it's slowest though, it's not as slow as by mail, where you have both the mail time and the time for the check to clear against PayPal's time to clear if it's used like a check.
