" The Black Winters (Metzgermeister) - You cannot declare war on this nation because they are not within your range of nations to declare war on. View your My Ranking screen to find nations within your range." at that point i had something like 1024 in NS... This is my nation: http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_d...ation_ID=277147 From what I understood at that point i was going to be able to attack but I couldnt?? bug maybe?? I dont know... Snow Dan Posted December 7, 2008 Report Share Posted December 7, 2008 Were you planning on declaring on someone half your strength? If so, that limit has been narrowed to 3/4 of your strength.
