Question on a 'Canceled for Cheating' aid transaction

I know that the Game Moderation staff can determine (usually) whether or not a nation is, indeed, a multi. I am somewhat unclear on the repercussions for a nation receiving a 'Canceled for Cheating' aid transaction. I am not worried about my nation, but about the aid I will be giving. I am at college and extremely careful to use the hardwired ethernet line so that I do not share my IP with other known players, and to be doubly safe I do not aid them. I am looking to aid a member of my alliance, though, who recently had an aid transaction canceled for cheating, and I am worried if his nation will be deleted as a result of it. I would not want to send him $3M and have it lost because of the aforementioned cancellation.

Sorry if that was somewhat long/confusing.

The system automatically flags aid cheats, which are determined by several means by the system. Moderation staff will act on this accordingly, if you are a multi you will be deleted, if not you will receive an in game warning.
