Any existing peace offers that were on the table have been automatically canceled. The problem with this message is that I only had roughly 8.5-9 million on-hand when I made this attack. If this is a new feature the game, losing more than 10% on an attack, then disregard. If not, this is now the second time I lost more than 10% on a failed attack; I did not keep the first message unfortunately.
