Yes you can win TE but the idea of it isnt to try and win TE it is to war and have fun and if you end up at the top so be it otherwise go hug and care for your infra level in Standard that has no place in TE. Though I agree with some people here, my 30,000 casualties (and I mainly use cautious attacks) aren't getting me into the top 50 this round, sigh.
