If there is a charter different than the one from 2007 (on the first page) please direct me to it. What is the activity like? On the forum? On IRC? How long has the current government been in place? Well, on our forums we have our most updated charter. We need to get around updating things with it now. What is the activity like? On the forum? On IRC? Forums: Plentiful. New post are always popping up with plenty of active users. IRC: Always around 6-10 active members in our private channel. How long has the current government been in place? Good month or so. Does a majority of the membership consist of folks at least college age and older? I'm not sure exactly, but if your aiming for their maturity here, then yes nearly everyone at The German Empire, if not everyone, act mature. Hope that helped a small bit.
