If that works out, I will sell August donation to same buyer for same price. Once the buyer has been designated, I will make the donation first, noting the buyer's tech, infra and land before the donation was dropped. Once these assets increase by the appropriate amounts, I will be satisfied that Admin has posted the gift to the buyer.
