  1. I would tend to agree. Although I consider the organization that your imagery invokes to be personally repugnant, I cannot in good conscience presume to have you and your group driven from the game before you've committed any offense as some would like: http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=32326 We may face each other on the battlefield someday, but it will be done on our terms, not those set by those who wish to serve as World Police to decide who may or may not be here. Welcome and good luck.
  2. I understand that background rads are currently capped at 5, when in reality they may be actually over 10. This war has been full nuclear for less than a week. What would happen if Admin decided to remove the cap and things keep going as they are? Here is what is doing with my nation now: Global Radiation: 5.00 Environment: [Your nation's environment is a disaster. It's a wonder that any of your citizens even survive within your borders.] 11.00 Here is what I fear seeing if the cap is removed and the nuclear war continues: Global Radiation: 15.00 Environment: [Your nation's environment makes Chernobyl look like a paradise. Your citizens' offspring are all born looking like Keith Richards after a particularly long binge.] 33.00 What sort of messages do you think you'll be getting if the radiation cap is removed?
  3. Very good. I will be selling another August donation, so please send me an in-game PM if interested. Again, the recipients will not be involved in any wars nor will they be in an alliances that are involved in any wars.
  4. I have to make another amendment that I am now involved in this war, but the donation offer still stands. The recipients will not be involved in this war or in an alliance that is involved in this war, so there should be no problem.
  5. I am going to have to amend this to say that I cannot do a donation deal with anyone currently in a war or in an alliance that has formally declared or been declared upon in a war. The donation offer still stands for anyone who is not in a war. Given the circumstances, I will reduce the price to $15 million.
  6. I will drop the donation first in your nation and when I see the tech, land and infra go up by the appropriate amounts, I will be satisfied that admin posted the gift. Payments of $3mil each will be offered to 6 nations that I designate. These can be done to 3 nations now and 3 more 10 days later. It is critical that the first payments be done no later than tomorrow. PM me in-game.
  7. Here is some data that can be played around with. About a month ago I had some extra money and decided to experiment with various population densities and recorded the data below. Each time it affected the number of Working citizens. The first column is Working citizens and the second column is population density [don't laugh at my small numbers. Small nation]: 2339 - 13.88 2336 - 14.63 2333 - 15.46 2330 - 16.40 2327 - 17.46 2324 - 18.67 2319 - 20.05 2315 - 22.58 2313 - 23.57 2312 - 24.66 2310 - 25.84 The highest number was 1 mile of land per unit of infra and the lowest number was about 1:3. The more Working Citizens you have, the more troops and tanks you can buy. But also, the more Working Citizens you have, the more troops needed to keep out of anarchy.
  8. Another favorite choice is to attack an active member of an alliance with a fair amount of members, but have small nations. Our alliance has 30+ members and one of us was attacked by this idiot: Along with ground assaults, Fede07 used air strikes and cruise missiles in his initial attacks and when Duke of Durham responded in kind, the raider demanded reparations. We  -ed. He was really offended also that we would stick up for our own members and hold his alliance accountable, saying that we were bringing in 'third parties.' He threatened to bring in un-named others to attack our entire alliance. I won't go into detail how we handled this, but things didn't work out the way he hoped.
  9. I understand that the rule of thumb is to take happiness, environment or population over citizen income. Do you all agree? You only CAUSE them for others? I have to admit to finding that funny. Politicians giving speeches in response to a problem causing population unhappiness. Isn't that the truth!
  10. One with the worst combination of events gets a free box of tissues and a long huggle from the player of your choice. I will start. Two of the same bad event: ...and this is not a bug. http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=29272
  11. First one with at least 3 open aid slots who sends me an in-game PM gets the July donation. If that works out, I will sell August donation to same buyer for same price. Once the buyer has been designated, I will make the donation first, noting the buyer's tech, infra and land before the donation was dropped. Once these assets increase by the appropriate amounts, I will be satisfied that Admin has posted the gift to the buyer. I will then expect CN payment in batches of $3 million directly to nations that I designate -- no middlemen.
  12. Price: 50 tech for $1.5 million Two of us will sell 50 units of technology to two buyers using this method: Buyer A gives the money to Seller B who gives the tech to Buyer B who gives the money to seller A, who then completes the circuit by giving the tech to Buyer A. We're looking for quick turnover. Send me an in-game PM and I will arrange two sellers for two buyers. http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_d...ation_ID=235533 This is an ongoing offer and we will deal with individuals or alliances.
