The reason I ask is I have not collected due to my 1 year anniversary to take advantage of the +5 and I guess I made my nation after noon so it still doesn't show. I really don't want to collect unless I have to but I don't want my nation deleted. So is my nation gone at update with 19 on the clock or 20? At some point during the day and times vary, a script is run and all nations showing 20 days inactive are deleted. EDIT: Looking at your nation, yes your anniversary is tomorrow since it was started after 12 noon. You might be okay if you're on right at update and collect and maybe not, all depends on when the script is run. It's up to you whether you want to run the risk or not.
